Ken Colen is an experienced and passionate market researcher and strategic planner. In 1995 he established Colen Research & Consulting, LLC, a full service marketing research agency.

In addition to Colen Research & Consulting, Ken has held several in-house positions, including Senior Vice President, Media Content & Technology at Ipsos and Senior Director of Programming Research & Strategic Planning at MTV: Music Television.

Over the course if his career, Ken has helped some of the world’s largest media, entertainment, CPG, retail, sports and pharmaceutical companies develop brand positionings, set direction for creative development and test product concepts, advertising, entertainment programming and websites.

Ken currently sits on the Advisory Board at the Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University and is a frequent guest speaker at the Rutgers Business School at Rutgers University. Ken graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Rutgers University in 1987. In May of 1997, he obtained his Master’s Degree in Social Work from City University of New York’s Hunter College.
